About the soul care ministry

The Need for Christ-like Care
The MPCC Soul Care ministry is dedicated to making Christ-centered care accessible to individuals, marriages, and families in Greenwood and the surrounding areas. We believe no one should face pain, confusion, or struggle alone—and we’re committed to providing safe, authentic, and caring environments where people can experience real hope and lasting change.

Why Soul Care Matters
Mental and emotional health challenges are on the rise, and the long wait times and high cost of getting help can leave people feeling stuck, isolated, and overwhelmed. That’s why we offer a variety of helping relationships and healing communities that are easy to access—welcoming and caring spaces where emotional, relational, and spiritual support is always within reach. Everything we offer is rooted in biblical truth and the love of Christ.

Accessible and Affordable Support
We’re committed to removing barriers to care. Individual and marriage counseling is offered at no cost, and our groups only require a small fee to cover books and materials. We want to make sure that help is available wherever it’s needed. No matter what situation you are facing, you’re welcome here.
