Baptism is a visual and symbolic demonstration of a person’s union with Christ in the likeness of His death and resurrection. It is an outward expression of our faith signifying that our former way of life is put to death and that a new life has begun! As we enter into the waters, we are reminded that Christ was crucified, buried, and then raised from the dead and that we too have died to the old self and are raised to live a new life for Christ.

Baptism is a great celebration and we encourage all followers of Jesus to be immersed as a part of their obedience to Christ and following His example.
