financial assistance
I need financial assistance. How do I get started?
We want to walk alongside you during this time and help you find community here. This is a safe place where everyone is welcome and belongs. A relationship with you is our top priority. Because of that, we require that you have actively attended IMPACT Center pantry services a minimum of three times in 30 days AND attend a minimum of one of the three free coaching sessions through Thrivent Money Canvas before you can apply for assistance.

If you are eligible, you can apply for assistance in person during one of our pantry service times.
Assistance is limited and based on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not guaranteed, but regardless of whether you are approved or not, you can receive food once a week and clothing once a month here at the IMPACT Center.
A few things about our financial assistance:
1.Our financial assistance/benevolence program is only possible through the generous, sacrificial giving of donations to the church from our congregation.
For that reason, it must be carefully managed and is for the basic necessities of life.
2.If approved for immediate needs (electric, water, medical, housing, etc.), we will pay the bill directly to the provider. Checks will not be made out to the individual.
3.We do not log into individual accounts but pay by check or guest pay on the vendor website or by phone.
4.We do not fill out credit card authorization forms from vendors.
5.We do not pay in cash, cashier’s check or money orders.
6.Please allow 7 business days for approval and payment. If you have been approved, you will be contacted.
7.Copies of bills are required and must accompany the financial assistance application. Failure to provide these at the time of assistance will delay or affect your assistance.
8.Financial assistance per individual/family is limited to once per year and three times in total.
