- Set up a rotation within the Group. Once you set a host home with a good room for the kids to stay in during the Group time each couple or simply a pair takes turns staying with the kids one week during the season.
- Have the older kids watch the younger kids during this time. You know your children better than anyone; if this is a viable option it keeps the adults from having to miss one or more meetings during the season.
- Pool money together to hire a sitter each week. This option should only be done after a respectful discussion with all the parents on what the cost would be, how to handle payment if their kids don’t come every week, and of course the need to agree upon a sitter ahead of time.
- If you have family in the area see if parents or siblings could watch the kids one night of the week.
