The MPCC Residency is an 11-month ministry immersion designed to prepare young adults for impactful leadership in the local church. Built on intentional mentoring, meaningful responsibility, and transformational spiritual development, this program helps emerging leaders clarify their calling and take confident steps toward vocational ministry.

Residents step into real leadership roles on a ministry team, participate in weekly development environments, and grow through one-on-one mentoring—all while being supported by a community committed to spiritual, personal, and professional growth.

A full‑time residency running from late July through late June, combining hands‑on ministry leadership with structured development.

Residents develop within a focused ministry area—gaining practical skills, experience, and clarity in their calling.

Receive personalized coaching from MPCC staff to help shape character, cultivate spiritual rhythms, and strengthen ministry readiness.
